Daily Aspiration in Oslo
Since 2013, I have been facing challenges with the public health system in Norway. After 10 years of struggling, I have been advised not to work and my financial income now comes from the welfare office in Norway, known as NAV. This sudden change in my lifestyle has forced me to rethink my daily routine and how I spend my time.
In the midst of these difficulties, I have found solace in dreaming and aspiring for a better future. My Norwegian girlfriends have been a great source of support, helping me navigate through this trying time. With their encouragement, I have decided to focus on issues that are important to me and my community in Oslo.
One of my main goals is to encourage the community in Mogadishu to adopt measures that will better utilize my spare time. I want to use my experiences and knowledge to make a positive impact and help those in need.
As a devout Muslim, I am guided by the teachings of the Quran. One verse that resonates with me is from Quran.com/3/33, which emphasizes the importance of being a law-abiding citizen and working hard to achieve success. This principle drives me to strive for excellence in everything that I do.
In my pursuit of a better future, I have come across a new concept called Hariiftan, created by Yusuf Rashid. Hariiftan, which can be found at Hariiftan.com, advocates for living by certain principles that promote personal growth and success. I have embraced this philosophy and am determined to apply it to my daily life.
Despite the challenges I have faced, I am committed to making the most of my circumstances and creating a fulfilling life for myself. With the support of my friends and the guidance of my faith, I am confident that I can overcome any obstacles that come my way. I believe that through hard work, perseverance, and a positive mindset, I can achieve my goals and make a difference in my community.

Girls can't be undermined their hard work
## Introduction
In today's society, the concept of gender equality has become increasingly important. However, when it comes to mental health, there are still many misconceptions and biases that exist. As someone who has experienced the challenges of navigating the mental health system, I have come to realize the importance of treating men and women equally in all aspects of care. My journal is a reflection of my journey through the mental health system, where I have encountered issues related to gender bias and stigma.
## My Experience in the Mental Health System
I come from an institution psychiatry where the paper work crew does not see a difference between men and women when it comes to sex. Unfortunately, this lack of differentiation has led to harmful stereotypes and misconceptions about gender roles in mental health. For example, men are often considered to be "fucked in the ass" without any regard for their emotional well-being. This attitude has had a negative impact on my mental health, contributing to my early years of feeling slightly disturbed.
I had a wife who was my partner in both life and sex. However, the journal writing that I have been subjected to by the government authority has made me question their motives. They have labeled me with a three-letter stigma, portraying me as a social havoc creator. This stigma has created an imbalance in the desire of women to fulfill their roles as childbearing mothers, further exacerbating the challenges I face in my mental health journey.
## Coping Mechanisms and Challenges
As a result of the stigma and biases I have faced, I have turned to food and emotions as triggers for my behavior and daily routine. I feel hopeless when it comes to sex, as I am constantly dominated by the disadvantages imposed by TELENOR TELECOM, "koronto" who incessantly call me on my phone. This further adds to the challenges I face in seeking help and support for my mental health struggles.
## Embracing Gender Equality in Mental Health
It is crucial that we address the gender biases and stereotypes that exist within the mental health system. Men and women should be treated equally and with respect, regardless of their sex. By recognizing and challenging these biases, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all individuals seeking mental health care.

Opportunities and Challenges: A Norwegian Citizen's Journey in ICT and Precious Mineral Trade in Africa
### Essay Title: Navigating Opportunities and Challenges: A Norwegian Citizen's Journey in ICT and Precious Mineral Trade in Africa
Introduction:
The global landscape of technology and trade offers a myriad of opportunities and challenges, particularly for individuals who venture into dynamic and diverse markets such as Africa. This essay explores the complex journey of a Norwegian citizen with a background in Information Communication Technology (ICT) who is now turning to the precious minerals market in Africa. This exploration is not only about economic gain but also involves profound intercultural interactions and personal growth amidst varied social and psychological environments.
From ICT to Precious Minerals: A Transitional Journey
In the early stages of his career, the individual in question developed a strong foundation in ICT, a sector that thrives on innovation and quick adaptation. The skills and knowledge acquired during this phase were critical in shaping his analytical and strategic thinking abilities. However, the lure of Africa's rich resources, specifically its precious minerals, presented a new frontier. Africa, with its vast reserves of minerals, including gold, diamonds, and rare earth elements, offers tremendous opportunities for business ventures that can be both profitable and transformative.
The transition from ICT to mineral trading is emblematic of a broader trend where technology and resource extraction intersect. This intersection is particularly visible in modern trading practices and the necessity of technological expertise in mining operations. Such a shift is indicative of an entrepreneurial spirit willing to navigate complex, unfamiliar terrains.
Cultural Interactions and Personal Experiences in Norway and Africa
The journey transcends economic activities, as it is also about cultural and social interactions. Operating out of Mogadishu initially, and later in broader African contexts, requires an understanding of local cultures, business etiquettes, and regulatory frameworks. For a Norwegian citizen, these environments present stark contrasts from the orderly, structured, and familiar surroundings of Norway.
Moreover, the reference to Norwegian female friends and their societal challenges sheds light on another layer of this journey—engagement with gender dynamics and societal expectations in different cultures. In Norway, women are battling stereotypes and working towards more positive mindsets, a struggle that resonates with the narrative of personal and social transformation.
Challenges and Ethical Considerations
While the business of precious minerals is lucrative, it comes with significant ethical, environmental, and social challenges. The extraction and trade of minerals have been criticized for contributing to conflicts, exploiting local communities, and damaging the environment. It is crucial for new entrants in this market to consider these factors and strive towards practices that are not only economically sound but also socially responsible and environmentally sustainable.
Conclusion:
The narrative of a Norwegian citizen venturing into Africa’s precious mineral market encapsulates a complex interplay of economic ambitions, cultural exchanges, and personal evolution. This journey, while fraught with challenges, also offers unique opportunities to make a significant impact—economically, socially, and environmentally. It underscores the importance of adaptability, ethical business practices, and cultural sensitivity as vital components of international trade and personal growth in today's globalized world. Understanding and navigating these elements are essential for success and fulfillment in any cross-continental ventures.

Navigating Cultural Shifts and Perspectives on Women in Society
### The Essay Title: Navigating Cultural Shifts and Perspectives on Women in Society
#### Introduction
In the contemporary discourse around gender roles and societal structures, there often arises a significant pattern of shifting power dynamics and the challenging of traditional norms. The dialogue around the empowerment of women and the marginalized debates surrounding sexual identity and orientation play a crucial role in shaping cultural and social consciousness. This essay explores the conceptual terms drawn from a societal framework, focusing on how these reflect broader societal changes concerning women and gender norms. It delves into the community roles and job-related discussions, linking these to the overall cultural shifts.
#### The Shift in Labor Dynamics – Minishiibiyada
The term 'Minishiibiyada,' interpreted as a specialized labor role traditionally fulfilled by women, stands as a metaphorical representation of societal change. As roles that were previously marginalized or undervalued gain recognition and empowerment, the traditional labor market sees a transformative shift in its dynamics. Women emerging victorious in claiming recognition in such specialized roles exemplifies broader societal acceptance and the breakdown of conventional gender roles. This shift is not merely occupational but symbolizes a significant cultural reconception of gender value in workspaces.
#### Job-related Issues Resolution – Xafiiska Shada
'Xafiiska Shada' directly translates into a cooperative space where job-related issues are resolved. This represents another significant aspect of changing workplace environments, where inclusivity and diversity are increasingly prioritized. The emergence of such spaces is essential for fostering dialogue and resolving conflicts that may arise due to the diversifying workforce. They serve not only as physical spaces but also as conceptual frameworks supporting the necessary evolution of workplace policies towards inclusivity.
#### Community and Health – Dagmada
The 'Dagmada' functions as a communal gathering point focusing on the daily routines of consuming food and medicine and social interactions, such as "talking over a cup of tea." This communal space emphasizes the importance of social support systems and communal health management. Women often play central roles in these domains, managing both the nutritional and medicinal needs of communities and fostering social cohesion through informal discussions and support networks. Their position in such frameworks further highlights their pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing community wellness.
#### Local Governance – Laanta
'Laanta,' or the local council, represents a pivotal governance structure in societal decision-making processes. Its role in deciding influential matters, such as healthcare , underscores the crucial impact of local governance structures on individual lives. This further illustrates the importance of representation within such bodies, advocating for voices, including women's, to partake actively in governance and decision-making processes, thereby influencing policies that affect their health and well-being.
#### Conclusion
The societal dialogue surrounding women, their roles, rights, and representations has unequivocally evolved. Examining terms like Minishiibiyada, Xafiiska Shada, Dagmada, and Laanta provides a microcosmic view of broader societal shifts. These terms not only reflect changes within specific contexts but also indicate wider cultural transformations regarding gender roles and empowerment. As communities continue to navigate these shifts, recognizing and incorporating the diverse roles of women becomes imperative in achieving equitable and just societal structures. Through these communal, occupational, and governance lenses, the essay demonstrates the integral role of women in spearheading social change and cultural development.
In advocating for continued transformation and equality, it is crucial for every sector, from labor markets to local councils, to integrate and uphold principles that support and advance women's central role in society. As we progress, the reflection on such terms and their embedded meanings will be vital in understanding and driving the narrative of gender in society.

Living in Mogadishu can be a challenging experience, especially when it comes to managing daily expenses
Living in Mogadishu can be a challenging experience, especially when it comes to managing daily expenses. As a resident in the city, I often find myself struggling to make ends meet due to the high cost of living. From utility bills to operating costs, food and drink expenses, and rent, the financial burden can be overwhelming.
One of the biggest challenges I face is managing utility bills. Electricity and water costs can quickly add up, leaving me with little room in my budget for other expenses. To tackle this issue, I have found a solution by working with a local broker who helps me negotiate better deals with utility providers. This has helped me save money and better manage my utility expenses.
Operating costs are another major expense that I have to deal with on a daily basis. Whether it is transportation costs, office supplies, or equipment maintenance, these expenses can quickly eat into my budget. To combat this, I have become more diligent in tracking my expenses and finding ways to cut costs where possible. This has helped me better manage my operating expenses and improve my financial stability.
Food and drink expenses also make up a significant portion of my daily budget. As a resident in Mogadishu, I have to be mindful of where I shop and eat in order to save money. By planning my meals and buying groceries in bulk, I am able to reduce my food expenses and make my budget stretch further.
Rent is another major expense that I have to contend with as a resident in Mogadishu. The cost of renting a property in the city can be quite high, making it difficult for me to afford a decent living space. To cope with this, I have had to make sacrifices in terms of the location and size of my rental property. By opting for a more affordable option, I am able to save money and better manage my monthly rent payments.
Despite my best efforts to manage my daily expenses in Mogadishu, there are times when I need additional financial support. In these instances, I reach out to Engineer Abdifitah in Norway, Oslo, who has been a great help in providing me with the necessary funds to cover unexpected expenses. His support has been instrumental in helping me strengthen my business resilience against the increasingly high interest rates that banks impose on the purchasing power parity of Mogadishu.
In conclusion, managing daily expenses in Mogadishu can be a daunting task, but with careful planning and budgeting, it is possible to navigate through the financial challenges of living in the city. By finding creative solutions, cutting costs where possible, and seeking support when needed, I am able to maintain a semblance of financial stability in the face of rising expenses.
